Review Process

The IJRLHR will not accept or publish any manuscripts in its journal without going through peer review first. The process involves one or more independent experts who are knowledgeable in the subject area.

Authors should aim for clear and straightforward writing, keeping in mind that the goal of publishing is to share technical knowledge. Overly complicated or poorly written content can make it hard to understand the main points of the work. Any information that isn't essential for the main text, like proofs, derivations, or calculations, should be placed in the appendices.

Editorial Decision

After reviewing the manuscript, the editor will let the author know the outcome. The manuscript might be:

• Accepted as is
• Accepted with small changes and no need for another review
• Accepted after major changes and additional review
• Rejected

The editor will share the anonymous reviewers' comments with the author.

Resubmission

When the author is ready to resubmit, they should read the editor's and reviewers' comments and explain which changes they made or why they didn't follow the suggestions.

Manuscripts that have already been published, copyrighted, or accepted elsewhere will not be considered for publication.

Fairness & Timeline

The review process is established to ensure that all authors have a fair chance to publish their work. No extra conditions or processes should stop someone from publishing, except those already part of the peer-review system.

The editorial team is committed to a quick review process, but this doesn't mean rushing the decision. The process usually takes no more than a week.
