Publication Ethics

Guidelines for Authors, Reviewers, and Editors

Authors Should:

• Submit your own research that has never been published before.
• Plagiarism and duplicate publication should be avoided.
• Accurate citation is necessary.
• Ensure authorship and obtain consent from all authors.
• Disclosure of conflict of interest is important.
• Ethical approvals should be taken if necessary.
• Significant errors that are found after publication should be reported.

Reviewers Should:

• Be impartial, objective, and confidential in your evaluation.
• Offer constructive comments on academic writing.
• Disclose any conflict of interest.
• Keep unpublished manuscripts confidential.
• Report suspected plagiarism or ethical concerns to the Editor.

Editors Should:

• Exercise unbiased and autonomous decision-making.
• Ensure confidentiality in all phases of review.
• Appoint competent and suitable peer-reviewers.
• Deal with any conflict of interest suitably.
• Address allegations of research or publication misconduct.

Research Misconduct

IJRLHR does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, improper authorship, citation manipulation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or other forms of academic misconduct.

Where ethical violations are identified, the journal may reject a manuscript, request corrections, issue a correction or retraction, or take other appropriate editorial action.
